• If you would like to request a custom shoe, don’t hesitate to send pictures to me and ask! I will work with you on the perfect shoe.

• Shoes are painted with durable acrylic leather paint and thoroughly dried before protected with a glossy clear coated finish.

• Please expect 2 weeks time total to receive your order. This will make sure you get your order on time for any special occasions. I am not responsible for postal shipping time, however a 2 week time frame should be adequate should any problems with the post office arise.

• If you would like a rush on your order or your order pushed to the front of the line, please contact me.

• To ensure longevity of the artwork of these shoes, please do not wear in harsh weather conditions. It may be beneficial to only use for special occasions or during dry weather. Spot clean only! Do not wash in the washer or dry them. Do not use harsh chemicals while cleaning. Do not use acetone or bleach. You may choose to spray a clear coat of shoe protective layer once a month for constant wear or once every few months.

• If you are not satisfied with your shoe, you may send back for a refund (custom is responsible for shipping costs) or send back for any touch ups. Touch ups are free, however customer is responsible for shipping costs.

• Price includes both the shoes and the custom painting.
